Returns & Exchanges

Typically, we do not accept returns unless the wrong item was shipped, the item is defective or there is major breakage.

Because our flowers are made of sugar, it’s possible for a small break here or there. If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@cakemuse.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

If your item is deemed returnable, we’ll send you a return shipping label for an exchange. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, you may exchange it with another item of equal value or you may receive store credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate exchanges on final sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges/store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved. If approved, you’ll be given the option to exchange or receive store credit.
