 *** USPS Missouri City, Texas processing facility has had major delays. Unfortunately we will not be processing any orders through USPS at this time. The issue is so bad that Congress has stepped in. All shipments will be available via UPS until further notice.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon being placed.

That means if you select next day or 2 day shipping please allow an additional 2-4 days of internal processing time. Typically we are able to see priority or rush shipping request and we try our best to make those a priority in the shipment line. It is often that we are able to turn those orders around within 1-2 days and we reach out via email with most rushed orders just to ensure you have selected the best option for your requested day of delivery. We want to make sure you have your decorations in plenty of time to decorate your dessert! 

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $80. 

Holiday Orders

While fast processing is always our priority, you can count on us working extra hard to get your orders out quickly this time of year as many carriers can become backed up. In a hurry? Please send us an email before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Calculated Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you place an order for 4 or more items, shipping cost can fluctuate due to quantity of products that can safely fit in each shipping box. We strive to make sure each product is expertly packed and safely secured so that you receive your decorations without any breakage. These are very fragile products and we take that seriously when packing. Rest assured we reach out via email to confirm shipping costs before we move forward with your order. The best route is to place the order accordingly and we will reach out to confirm shipment before charging. 

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Delayed Orders

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@cakemuse.com with your order number.

Damaged Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello@cakemuse.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please note, our sugar flowers are incredibly fragile and small cracks and chips may occur during transit. We include extra leaves in each box in case of damage. We address all damage reports on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for further information.
